Since all of the images (except the images of the cover) are to be considered public domain, I make them freely available to the public.  Here they are, download them, and enjoy.  They are available in SVG,  JPEG and PNG formats.  All images related to the cover of the book are only available under the GNU General Public License.

If you are a MS Windows user, to open these packages use 7zip available under the GNU Lesser General Public License (GNU LGPL) If you are a MacOS user, to open these packages use Zipeg available under its own free license.  If you are a GNU/Linux user, you can decompress them using File Roller or KDE Ark available under the GNU General Public License (GNU GPL).

If you wish to manipulate JPG and PNG images, you can use the GNU Image Manipulation Program (GIMP), or Krita, both of them are available under the GNU GPL.  If you wish to manipulate SVG files, you can use Inkscape, or Karbon14,  both available under the GNU GPL.
